Caramelized sweet Vidalia onions, House made goat cheese and apple wood bacon in a stone ground cornmeal crust. $8

House made ravioli with our own hickory smoked trout tossed in brown butter with balsamic reduction and cracked white peppercorns. $8


Shrimp & Grits

Jumbo shrimp and house made andoulli sausage pan sauteed with a creole white wine sauce. Served over creamy white cheddar stone ground grits. $7


Pulled Pork Spring Roll

Crisp spring roll with hickory smoked pork shoulder and julienne vegetables. Served with pickled red onions and Asian black plum chile sauce. $7

Fresh salmon fillet marinated and roasted on a cedar plank. Served with sweet corn tamale and oven roasted asparagus. $19


Apple Wood Smoked Center Cut Pork Chop

Smithfield pork smoked over smoldering apple wood. Served with white cheddar grit soufflé, crispy onions and sauce spiked with black coffee and Guajillo chilies. $18


Certified Angus beef filet

Ten ounce Angus Beef filet grilled to your liking. Served with Béarnaise, House Made Worcestershire Sauce, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and saute of baby vegetables. $28


Foothills Chicken & Dumplings

Ashley farms chicken breast stuffed house cured tasso, fontina cheese and fresh herbs. Served over julienne vegetables with wild mushroom filled dumplings and smoked red pepper cream sauce. $18


Bienville Stuffed Rainbow Trout

Local rainbow trout with Bienville stuffing. Served on a bed of julienne vegetables with crawfish hushpuppies and lemon chive sabayon. $21


Sweet Corn & Shrimp Ravioli

House made ravioli stuffed with sweet corn, fresh basil and shrimp. Tossed with oak grilled jumbo shrimp, roasted corn coulis and drizzle of basil oil. $22

A mountainous wedge of caramel pecan and chocolate chip ice cream layered in an apple nut crust and covered in a landslide of house made English toffee . Served floating in a pool of warm chocolate sauce. $5.50


Banana’s Foster Crème Brulé

A smooth banana custard spiked with Pritchard’s Tennessee rum and crusted with brown sugar. Served with the Chef’s favorite cookies and fresh fruit. $6


Snowcapped Chocolate Appalachians

A mountain range of brownie, truffle torte and molten chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce. $8


Cinnamon Apple Pudding Tart

Granny Smith apples sautéed with spices and sugar and then baked with a cream cheese filling in a tender pastry crust. Served with caramel pecan ice cream and caramel sauce. $6


Tennessee Pecan Tart

The Traditional Southern filling spiked with Jack Daniels Whiskey. Served with vanilla bean ice cream and a mint julip crème anglaise sauce (for kids of all ages). $4.50


Lemon Lover’s Cheesecake

Creamy lemon cheesecake topped with tart lemon curd in a nutty cinnamon crust. Served with blackberry sauce and whipped cream. $5
